Updating your Billing Details

It is crucial that you keep your billing information up to date. We will notify you via email, at the email address that you used to open your account, at least 7 days prior to your expiration date. Monthly accounts will be notified 3 days prior to billing.

If your payment method is disapproved, your account will be suspended. At that point, we will try to contact you again for re-activation. Suspended accounts that are not re-activated within 30 days will be permanently deleted from our servers.
